November 16th: Larry Sweeney has gotten his lawyers involved and now referee Paul Turner will no longer be able to referee Chris Hero's matches. Turner was the referee for Hero's controversial World Title Match on 11/2 in Philadelphia. Sweeney promises that this is only the first step until "justice is served for the greatest athlete in all of pro wrestling." Sweeney recently tried to get Hero to opt out of his contract so he could negotiate a "10 year deal worth $350 million" with another organization. Needless to say this attempt failed.
November 16th: ROH World Champion Nigel McGuinness will be in both Dayton and Chicago. He will be available for autographs on both nights. McGuinness is said to be making great progress with the arm injury and will be 100% for 12/29 & 30 in Manhattan. There are lots of challengers stepping forward for Nigel's return. Sweeney has his lawyers trying to get Hero a rematch. Austin Aries is currently the #1 contender and will get a shot on 12/29 in Manhattan as the main event of ROH's fifth PPV. Takeshi Morishima wants his rematch. Bryan Danielson is always after the title. Roderick Strong is making an issue with Nigel. This could be a short reign for McGuinness who already has a number of tough challengers stepping forward.
