On paper this looks to be a fantastic, albeit short Pay Per View.  I think WWE has done a tremendous job in marketing it to the public and I really hope they pull it off well.  I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw a title change, an extra match or two, and some unlisted Diva moments…on to my numerical preview!

They have had a really god feud but most aren’t really buying into it.  I think they are going to put on a great technical bout and unfortunately I don’t think it will be much appreciated.  Chavo will retain, there is no doubt in my mind on that one. 

This match has a huge shadow over its head.  Most people are expecting the RAW chamber to be the highlight of the PPV and there are more stars in that one.  However, don’t count this one out by any means.  These guys are going to want to prove to the world that they stand toe to toe with any raw superstar.  The weak link in this one is Khali but Finlay, MVP, Batista, BDV and the Undertaker will more than make up for it.  My guess is that Finlay will be taken out somehow by McMahon; maybe not even make it to the match itself.  My guess is that at the end we will see Undertaker and Batista for the finish and Batista will win.

This match was a highlight of the 2008 Royal Rumble and they have a chemistry that is really working for them.  Their angle on Smackdown with the engagement announcement was great and completely put this match over.  Rey won’t win but I wouldn’t be surprised if somehow he ends up in the main event of Mania in a triple threat situation.  This match could steal the show but they have a lot to contend with.  Edge retains.

To me, this has the chance to be the best match of the night and really it should be.  It has the biggest names and some of the best in-ring guys in the WWE today…Hardy, HHH, Michaels, Jericho , JBL and Umaga.  I really am not sure how they will book this match.  I know how I would…JBL and Jericho would be out first and also eliminated first by Umaga.  Then everyone else would get in.  And Jeff, H and Shawn would all work together to take out Umaga…then it would be DX vs. Hardy and HHH would swerve and take out Michaels.  HHH vs. Hardy would close the bout with Hardy going over.  To be honest, I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s how this goes down with one exception…no way WWE is putting Hardy over which is SAD SAD SAD!  HHH wins.

This will be a short bout that will make Ken Kennedy into a super superstar and will also lead Flair to Wrestlemania for his retirement match.  Look for Flair to cheat to win.

This will be a really solid PPV.  Also, don’t be surprised if we get an added match of either Kane and Shelton (which I could watch all day long) or a Tag Team bout. Now regularly I would COMPLETELY RECOMMEND all of you getting this one as I think it will be great.  But if it is between this and Mania…go with Mania.
